• Adopts a design with independently controllable upper drying lamp banks for each printing unit, which not only enhances high-speed printing and drying performance but also addresses the issue of plate drying commonly encountered in water-based ink printing.
• The entire machine employs servo drive technology, reducing vibration and ensuring excellent equipment stability.
• Both the anilox roller pressure and the doctor blade pressure are controlled by servo motors, ensuring simple and precise operation.
• Equipped with remote fault diagnosis capabilities, enabling users to monitor equipment operating status at any time, quickly troubleshoot issues, and ensure normal equipment operation.
• Install an automatic overprinting system with pre-printing functionality, enabling immediate printing upon startup, thereby saving paper and reducing costs.
• Equipped with a continuous, automatic unwind-and-rewind system for efficient production and reduced waste.
• To address the issue of ink streaks on blank plates, a plate-registration and web-guide hydraulic locking device has been installed, ensuring greater stability in the printing unit and completely eliminating the occurrence of ink streaks.
